Returns and Damages Policy

COLOR VARIATION POLICY

We have made every effort to display colors and patterns as accurately as possible. However, due to variations that can occur between computer monitors and/or mobile device screens, we can not guarantee your screen’s color accuracy. For that reason, we recommend that you order samples of any flooring product prior to purchasing. 

Samples are free of cost, with a modest shipping and handling fee attached.

 

GENERAL RETURNS POLICY

All sales are final, and items cannot be returned or exchanged for credit or refunds, except where outlined below.

 

RETURNS FOR WRONG ITEMS SHIPPED

Orders received that include product(s) that differ from their invoice may be refunded or exchanged by returning the product to our Harrisburg Retail store at:

All incorrect orders are subject to inspection. Upon inspection if the product(s) are deemed incorrect, we will provide or ship the correct replacement, if possible. If a correct replacement is out of stock, we will refund your purchase.

If, upon inspection, the product is deemed to be what should have been received, no return will be processed. If shipped back to Touch of Color, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost. The customer may then have the order reshipped at their expense, or picked up from our Harrisburg retail store at:

DAMAGE POLICY ON PICK-UP ORDERS

We inspect every order for quality and damages before it leaves our store. Customers who are concerned about the potential for damaged product should inspect and make our staff aware of any concerns before departing with the product. 

 

DAMAGE POLICY ON DELIVERY ORDERS

We inspect every order for quality and damages before it leaves with a carrier. Once receipt of the shipment has been accepted by the carrier, they are responsible for its safe delivery to you. Any issues due to damages will be referred to the carrier to resolve with the customer.

Please note that carriers are unlikely to accept responsibility for any damages that may occur to product(s) between the time of delivery and time of receipt by the customer. For this reason, we recommend that someone is available on the day of delivery to accept receipt directly from the carrier.
